We ship directly from the Netherlands to our customers throughout the EU.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped with a reliable courier.

About Us

We are a small family business founded in 1967.
Currently, two brothers of the new generation run the company without any additional staff.

We personally handle every order.
Quality, expertise, and technical knowledge are our top priorities.

Unlike large automated online stores, we work carefully and manually.
Many of our spare parts are specialized and may require special handling.
This may occasionally take a little extra time, but we guarantee personalized service and carefully checked products.

Delivery Time

Delivery across Europe usually takes 3–7 business days after payment is received. (packages)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs across Europe are €16,- to 50,- per order.
These costs include packaging and shipping.
Please note that many spare parts are fragile and/or heavy, requiring especially secure packaging.

Courier

Shipments are sent via DPD.
After dispatch, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via a clear statement (by email).
You can simply reply to your order confirmation.

Returning Goods

Goods must be returned unused and in their original condition.

Return Costs

The direct costs of returning the items are borne by the customer.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the original payment method.
